Abuse and nastiness amongst WHO'ers

I joined this site some 25 years ago and have had great times and banter over that time. The Twin Towers terrorist attack will always stick in my mind as we watched together mass murder.
Back then, it seemed we were a family, giving lifts for each other, helping out with tickets and then the incredible WHO fund which helps and supports fellow West Ham supporters.
But since the move to the OS, I've noticed a massive increase in toxicity. People being very vicious toward each other. I was WHO mailed only today by some idiot who never posts, slagging me off.
I welcome constructive criticism and enjoy a debate. I'll stand up to any of you to defend my opinion, whether online or face to face. But the trolling and insults need to stop.
We're all West Ham, we all want West Ham to win trophies, to do well in the Prem, etc. So how about a little civility in our discussions and less throwing insults at each other.

I had a poster on here whomail me and asked if it was me who'd threatened to send dead animals to them in the post. Can only think it's because I started a thread on taxidermy once.
